Clickteam SARL is a French software development company based in Boulogne-Billancourt. Founded in 1993 by François Lionet, Yves Lamoureux and Francis Poulain, Clickteam is best known for the creation of Clickteam Fusion, a script-free programming tool that allows users to create video games or other interactive software using a highly advanced event system. Vitalize! is a very safe web-browser plug in, that allows you to experience rich multimedia applications and action packed games.

A customer shares his opinion on the use of Vitalize! on Amazon, "Flash uses the Shockwave player to interface with websites. Everybody knows the Shockwave player and it is not viewed with suspicion. MMF uses a very similar add-on called Vitalize!, but since nobody has heard of it, the web apps you make with this are going to be less effective since visitors to your website will probably not have the Vitalize plug-in installed and be unwilling to take a chance on it just to view whatever you've done. Thus if having a huge audience is important for you, I'd go with Flash."

"Picking and packing customer orders on a daily basis, employees will learn all roles within the department and assist Supervisors and Leads to keep a continuous flow throughout the department. Low labor used to maximize CPO and LCPO but disastrous if employees chose not to actually hit their individual goals and metrics, or too many imports for how many employees were scheduled (unexpected increase in sales or another warehouse sold-out on a product type). It's an easy job, nothing was hard. Just didn't pay the best for what they expected in return. Fulfillment Center Manager at the time was a terrible example and lead to a lot of employees walking out and losing trust in management.
